Morningside Renovations

This timely kitchen remodel and “bonus room” bath addition to an existing 50’s era home, completed recently, has helped our clients “nest-in-place” during the Covid-19 pandemic. Here is what they had to say when we caught up with them after the renovations:

Clients: “We are IN LOVE with this space!!! It perfectly fits our style of communal cooking and socializing while preparing meals. The window seat allows for comfortable “spectator” seating and the wood floors extending into the kitchen makes the space feel unified. It really took the space from feeling like a ‘rental’ to a home.

We’ve been so fortunate [the builder] finished this before the quarantine, we’ve been able to hang out and REALLY appreciate our new kitchen A LOT!

It’s amazing how big the bathroom turned out! We’ve already gotten a lot of use out of the tub! Our daughter insists on taking her baths there. And I’ve even been able to relax in it too!”

Longhouse: “We’re so happy we were able to be a part of your vision for the house and that you’re able to enjoy your space [so quickly]”

Clients: “It’s been wonderful! Your vision really helped us make this place our home we always envisioned. And what a great time to stay home and ENJOY it!”
