hopscotch Record Shelves

Fulfilling a need to store a steadily growing inventory of vinyl, this interior build-out was something Kevin took on with a local coffee shop / record store owner. The deliverables included a simple set of plans and renderings based on as-built field measurements and a SketchUp-generated materials list. The minimalist modular plywood shelving was pieced together with the owner over a few nights and weekends fueled by a heavy dose of java and the Grateful Dead. The templates and jigs were left with the owner so that if/when his collection outgrows the shelves, more can be easily added.
